As well as having extensive recruitment experience, all our consultants have worked in either retail or hospitality, so you can be sure that they understand the challenges of your particular sector. The first thing you’ll receive from our friendly, professional consultants is a warm welcome! We’ll run through your work history, find out more about your likes and dislikes and try to get a real understanding of where you want to go in your career. There’s no point trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, so we really want to understand what makes you tick and what sort of job would suit you best. Once you’ve registered, you can quickly expect to be contacted about possible jobs, on many occasions we will be able to arrange interviews on the day that you register. We believe that our role doesn’t stop there - once an interview has been arranged, we will help you prepare for it. This will involve a detailed description of the company and the role you are applying for, we will brief you on the format of the interview and best possible methods to ensure that you show why YOU are the right person for the job. When that job offer comes through (hooray!) we’ll help with salary negotiations, co-ordinate start dates and arrange written confirmation of everything. Above all, we promise to give you honest feedback and offer sound advice. We will keep you informed at every step of the process and will never put you forward for a job without your permission.
